To organize events is the core business of Biomedical Technologies.
We operate all over the world, from the small resorts in the country of Tuscany or in the Sorrento coast, to the big capital cities of Europe, as far as the Middle and Far East and South America.
From more than 20 years we organize events of all sizes, from the small training course for 50 persons to big congresses with thousand of participants.
We work with public and private corporations, government institutions, national and multinational associations.
The key factor is to be able to combine the requirements of the purchaser with those of the sponsor and of the participants: it determines the full satisfaction of those who interact with the event: hence your success is born.

Particularly:
  • Plan of feasibility that considers the choice of the location and the participation variable both in relation to congress participants and the sponsors
  • Economic analysis of the event in relation to the financial possibilities of the purchaser
  • Spreading of the event through press, Tv, and in the spaces of dedicated information through a bureau of public relations and relations with media of big experience and well inserted in the world of the scientific communication
  • Design of the congress logo and the graphic system

  • Management of hotels and accommodation and travel facilities
  • Global management of the participants and the scientific programme through a special data processing on-line and off-line
