Hotel accommodation by fax will only be accepted with credit card payments or copy of bank wire transfer

Cancellation policy for registration |
Refunds (less € 25,00 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to delegates unable
to attend.
A written notice must be received by the Organizing Secretariat before January 15, 2006.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 15, 2006.
All refunds will be issued after the Congress.

Changes and cancellations will not be accepted by phone.
Up to 01/01/2006: full refund.
From 02/01/2006 up to 31/01/2006: 50% refund.
From 01/02/2006 up to 15/02/2006: 25% refund.
After 16/02/2006: no refund.
Refunds will be net of bank charges
